- How Can I Track My Order?
Once your product is dispatched, we provide you with all your tracking information by email. To track your parcel, you simply need to copy and paste your tracking number in Our "Track Your Order" Page

- How do I find my Order ID?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It will contain all the details you need about your order including your order ID starting with "M.H.E# 11....".
In case you didn't get your confirmation email, kindly check your spam folder. Otherwise, our customer support team will gladly assist you.
- Can I change my delivery addresses?
In order to optimize for the best delivery time for you, your orders are automatically fulfilled within the following 24 hours of your purchase. That said, we will not be able to change your delivery address after confirming your order.
- Delivery methods: How do You ship? (Carriers & postal service)
We offer two delivery options for our customers in the United Kingdom:

Free Standard Delivery: Orders will be shipped via standard delivery and will arrive within 7-10 days. This option is free for all orders.

Fedex Express: Customers who need their order to arrive sooner can select Fedex Express at checkout for an additional flat fee (£14.95).. Orders shipped via Fedex Express will arrive within 3-7 days.

- Standard Delivery: Parcels shipped via standard delivery are usually delivered within 7-10 days to the United Kingdom.
- Fedex Express: Parcels shipped via Fedex Express are usually delivered within 3-7 days to the United Kingdom.
- Delivery Cost :
- Standard Delivery: Free for all Our Orders.
- Fedex Express: Flat fee of £14.95 for all Orders.
- Processing times
We will not keep you waiting, all your orders are fulfilled within the following 24H of your purchase where they are processed and dispatched within 48 Hours.
- Delivery Rules & Restrictions :
You can only add one address per order.
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.
There may be a slight delay in your delivery during holidays, only due to the overload capacity of your local postal service.
You might receive your order in separate parcels depending on which warehouse the item is located in.
-Lost or non delivered items :
For your lost or undelivered items, our team will be there to assist you. Kindly contact our support team to assist you and get your parcels.
- Stolen Items: what if I never received the item?
If your tracking number shows that your product is delivered, and you didn't find it. We suggest that you contact your local authorities or post services. We regret to say that we are not responsible for stolen items, in such a case.
