Your Santoku Knife don’t cut like they used to? Do you have to spend more time sharpening than actually cutting? It's most definitely time for an upgrade then!
Blade: 7Cr17 Advanced Stainless Steel
Handle: Wood handle with Steelhead
Features: Ultra Sharp, Durable, and Lightweight
Knife came out of the box with a nice factory edge. The restaurant i work at has a professional that we send our knives to for sharpening. I've had the knife since december and used it heavily every day, and with thorough and regular honing i haven't had to send it for sharpening once. The weight is very well distributed, i like that the handle is heavier than some wood handled knives.
Love, love, love
This knives are soooo nice. This is my second knife purchase. It looks and feels amazing. Comes in a nice lined case High quality, sharp, weighted perfectly. Exactly what you would expect from a super expensive knife, but not super expensive. We're adding to the set for sure!
I have small hands. It's not to big or to heavy. Very sharp. Wish it came with sheath
I like the grip and feel of this knife. I had used the Santoku Knife, and it felt sharper. I do recommend these knives though.
