Your Nakiri Knife don’t cut like they used to? Do you have to spend more time sharpening than actually cutting? It's most definitely time for an upgrade then!

I loved it !!!!
Great tool for the kitchen. Slices through veggies and meat with ease and little pressure effort. It's sharp and worthy of being in one's kitchen knife collection.
I've had the 6" Utility knife and it has fast become my #1 go to knife. I had 2 old cleavers, one small, one very large. I wanted a 7" clever so I decided to try the cleaver knife. GOOD CHOICE. This knife is a pleasure to use, well balanced, holds and edge very well and is very nice to look at. I liked it so much, in fact, that I replaced every knife i had from here.
I brouhgt a 7 piece knife set but didn't have a meat clever or boning knife so I ordered these from MHE. Haven't used yet but seems sharp and well built. Hope to use tomorrow at work. Will update after use.
Very nicely made, cuts chicken bones like butter
