Love it.

Well, I am updating my review after having used it for 4 months on a near daily use in a professional kitchen. Yeah, it works, it's a cheap knife and it's bang for your buck. I will admit the blade can kind of dull quickly but once a week I just take it a few times across a 1000 grit and it can cut through any delicate with ease.

The best knife for your kitchen

The beauty of this knife is that it can do just about everything, from mincing garlic to filleting delicate meat. It's really sharp. Another things that I really love is because is comfortable in the hand. If you asked me how I would describe this knife, I would definitely choose two words: comfortable and ergonomic. Recommend.

I have to say that I love this knife a lot since I received it. It functions beautifully with extremely sharp blade and incredible edge. It has a comfortable grip and cuts clean.
